This is a very delayed review, our journey began in June 2024. We learned that our van had damage to the frame and a lot of rust on the under carriage. Our first contact was with Dallas, he was very friendly and professional. After explaining our situation he got Leo, Alex and Paul involved (what a breath of fresh air). They actually stopped what they were doing and looked at our van. They then shared the bad news of how dangerous it was that we were driving the van. We had a Link System installed for my wife on the passenger side of our '23 Cadillac Escalade. Could not be more happy! Both with the product/installation and with Alex and the Crew at Mobility of Denver. We've been in a service type business for nearly 40 years and these Folks sure seem to be doing it right! I had the most quick, professional and courteous experience purchasing a modified vehicle for my disabled kiddo here at Mobility of Denver. It was hassle-free and the guys were excellent at communicating with me about my trade-in. I feel that the negation was fair and transparent.
