This is a very delayed review, our journey began in June 2024. We learned that our van had damage to the frame and a lot of rust on the under carriage. Our first contact was with Dallas, he was very friendly and professional. After explaining our situation he got Leo, Alex and Paul involved (what a breath of fresh air). They actually stopped what they were doing and looked at our van. They then shared the bad news of how dangerous it was that we were driving the van. We had a Link System installed for my wife on the passenger side of our '23 Cadillac Escalade. Could not be more happy! I absolutely loved working here back when they first started at their Denver location. I live out in Florida now but every summer I still like to visit this dealership just to say hi and see the incredible growth they are achieving. We had an excellent experience with Justin and Dallas. They were helpful and transparent about the vehicles we were considering. They helped us facilitate everything before we made the 8 hour drive to Denver to see the vehicles. They were patient with us as we made our final decision and let us do as much test driving as we needed. They also helped us figure out all of the buttons and understand all of the equipment that was included with our new purchase, as all of this is new to us. They were compassionate and kind.
